IBM Watson
Cognitive Analytics and Deep Learning
Currently a memeber of the AI Innovations and Research team. Main resposnibilities include driving productization of machine learning algorithms related to natural language understanding, intent and entity classification around Watson Assistant.
During my first year I developed a novel, context sensitive, state of the art spell correction algorithm. I then focused on scaling and productizing the algorithm. Finally, I integrated a gRPC micro service into the existing production environment of Watson Assistant cloud platform, thus enabling the spell correction system, to be used daily by thousands of IBM costumers. IBM recently published an article on Medium about the algorithm and its capabilities.

Part of the Natural Language and Dialogue Systems Lab. I completed my master thesis on natural language generation using sequence to sequence models with attetion, in order to produce utterances that have the variations of the human language.
